Primary: We are here to empower elite performers to fulfill their purpose using their primary tool of communication - their voice, literally and figuratively.

Secondary: We are here to help people reclaim lost agency with courage and integrity.

Tertiary: We are here because if something has transformed your life positively, it is selfish to keep it to yourself.

Who We Serve:

Secondary: Entrepreneurs, content creators, religious and spiritual leaders

ORIGIN STORY:

Michael Hewitt, creator of Speak Boldly and The Speak Boldly Method, spent his teens and all of his 20s training for a career on the global operatic stage. Just as his career was launching according to plan, after multiple principal roles at The Washington National Opera at The Kennedy Center and other noteworthy houses, The Coronavirus indefinitely shut down the stage industry.

He pivoted into enterprise cybersecurity sales as a pre-IPO hire at a now prominent public company. As a full-cycle account executive, he made a name for himself on the leaderboards, exceeding all KPIs and quota metrics. In addition to closing multiple deals north of $175k/ARR in his first year, he stood out for his ability to get Fortune 500 and 100 Global C-suite security leaders into sales cycles from true cold calls.

As a player-coach Team Lead, he helped his direct reports to do the same.

This success was far from accidental. Reasoning from first principles, his theories on voice and communication - without sacrificing authenticity - began to take form.

These early frameworks were applied and refined through close work with over 215 clients.

They are codified in The 7 Skills of Tonality and The 9 Skills of Communication. Combined, they are known today as “The Speak Boldly Method.”
